Is your time really worth that much that a slight inconvenience on a single day in your life cannot be dealt with calmly? As Marcus Aurelius says: “If I choose not to view whatever happens as evil, no harm will come.” How can you reframe this time lost so that you come out on top rather than see yourself as the victim?
